At LG Capital Partners, we primarily sponsor offerings that provide investors with exposures to residential real estate in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania, varying by property type, geographical market, and strategy. Our sponsored offerings are typically comprised of approximately 1 to 10 properties, adhering to a single investment strategy.

We typically sponsor our portfolio in a market with strong growing demographics and tend to participate in contrarian investing. Contrarian investing is an investment strategy that is characterized by purchasing and selling in contrast to the prevailing sentiment of the time. Because we held accountable our investment decisions, we typically invest in real estate when the valuation is considered “cheap” due to prevailing extreme negative sentiments.

We also strive to create a customized portfolio for investors by investing in multiple offerings suitable for an investor’s return objectives and risk appetite. We also strongly believe in diversification by creating a customized portfolio comprised of investments in offerings through our partnerships with other real estate investment firms. These offerings are an excellent investment vehicle for broad diversification by region and property type within the US.
