Wenhao Gai is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property selection and analysis for LG Capital Partners. Wenhao Gai has previously worked an investment actuary focusing on managing investment risks for insurance. He holds a general contractor license and is an expert in property valuation and have great abilities in identifying real estate trend. He has done a number of successful real estate projects through increasing property value in rental properties and as well building new construction homes for clients. Wenhao Gai holds a applied physics B.S. degree from Columbia University.

A key aspect of Ye Jia’s approach is his active involvement in the design phase. He collaborates closely with architects, designers, and urban planners to create spaces that balance practicality with comfort. His focus on maximizing space efficiency while maintaining visual harmony is evident in the thoughtful layouts, innovative storage solutions, and carefully curated architectural details in his projects. ​
