Acquired 122 Neptune (a 6-unit property) for asset repositioning. Successfully increased Net Operating Income (NOI) by 50% through strategic renovations and sold the asset in 2020 with a 300% return on investment (ROI).

Acquired and developed 184 MLK and 30 McAdoo, successfully rezoning both properties for 9-unit and 25-unit multifamily developments, respectively, with parking and ground-floor commercial space. Oversaw infrastructure development to support the projects and successfully exited with a 150% return on investment (ROI).

Acquired 18 Fisk and 20 Fisk, developed a row of townhomes, and successfully subdivided both properties. Completed and sold the projects with a 50% return on investment (ROI) within 1.5 years, despite a 6 to 8-month delay due to COVID-19.

Acquired 4.5 acres of multifamily-zoned land in Charlotte, NC, and successfully subdivided it into two lots for future development. The site is strategically positioned for residential expansion, offering opportunities for multifamily housing projects that align with the city's growing demand for high-quality, well-planned communities.

6112 Rockwell Church Rd - development of a 17-unit multifamily community on 1 acre lot. Currently under construction. The project is designed to offer modern, high-quality residential units with a focus on efficient land use and tenant amenities, contributing to the area's growing housing demand.

5900 Nevin Rd – 3.5-acre site designated for the development of a 60+ unit multifamily community in Charlotte, NC. The project is strategically planned to optimize land use, incorporating modern residential units, ample parking, and potential community amenities to enhance livability. Positioned in a growing market with strong rental demand, the development aims to provide high-quality housing while maximizing long-term investment value.
