What type of real estate investment opportunities are available? What type of strategies does LG Capital Partners follow?
LG Capital Partners offers two types of strategies (Core and Active) as illustrated here. The Core strategy targets stable, fully leased, residential properties to obtain predictable cash flows and potential capital growth through property appreciation. Key market indicators are used to determine the holding period of Core investments. The Core strategy is focused on capital preservation while receiving steady cash flow and it would serve as an effective inflation hedge. The Active strategy targets properties in opportunistic markets where national and regional indicators are signaling higher rent and market price appreciation potential. Proprietary indicators have been developed to monitor the labor growth rate, absorption rates, stock market indices, overall market sentiment, and state and local policies and spending. The active strategy may also focus on investing in distressed properties which have significant price appreciation potential after re-positioning.
