EB5 Investor apply thru Form I526. After USCIS review, apply for temporary visa by filing DS-260, EB5 Investor also invest the proceeds into the projects
Step 4
Construction begins and sponsor starts to spend money on construction to create indirect jobs.
Step 5
EB5 Investor apply for green card
thru I829. Sponsor provide proof of construction costs and indirect jobs created thru economist report.
